House rules
- Not suitable for children.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the suites, there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every interior. Smoking is only allowed in open spaces.
- It is forbidden to organize parties or events of any kind.
- Pets are not allowed
- We pay special attention to the cleanliness of our facility and ask our guests to carefully manage furniture and equipment.
- To promote proper energy savings, we invite guests to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and television when they are not in use.
- To avoid disturbing and annoying the inhabitants of the building and other guests of the structure, we invite guests to strictly avoid any kind of noise, especially between 22:00 in the evening and 8:00 in the morning.
- We invite guests to properly differentiate the garbage in the appropriate containers for Paper, Plastic, Glass and Cans, Undifferentiated inside the suite. We will take care of removing the garbage in the special external bins during the cleaning of the suite.
