Terms of Use

Payment:

Payment can be made directly on the Cas'Ale website or via credit card (Stripe) or PayPal, in case of direct booking from Cas'Ale, the latter will be in charge of sending an email with the value related to the balance agreed during the booking phase, the payment methods mentioned above and related LINKS, to allow within the 7 days above to proceed with the confirmation of the reservation at Cas'Ale. During the reservation and payment of the same, the credit card data will be kept, within the ultra-protected system of Stripe and PayPal, as a guarantee and for a possible charge of future services and/or products requested by the customer, such as the internal parking available directly in Cas'Ale; these data will be deleted at the end of the stay or at the end of the check-out check.

  • Failure to pay what is due in the above terms will result in the forfeiture of the reservation, without the need for any communication from Cas'Ale.

Contract duration, cancellations and penalties.

The Contract is valid and effective from the date of conclusion of the Contract itself and ends if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The Customer and the third parties connected to him, or dependent on him, have definitively left the housing structure of Cas'Ale;
  • The Customer has paid the entire amount due to Cas'Ale.

Check-in will be carried out from 4:00 pm: any arrivals after 7:00 pm MUST BE PREVIOUSLY AGREED with Cas'Ale, after telephone or written contact, there will be the possibility of using the Suite in advance, but only after written or telephone confirmation!

The Check-out must strictly take place by 12:00 am; if this does not happen, the cost of an additional night or a partial charge of the room will be charged, but in any case it must be agreed in advance with Cas'Ale.

The Customer has the right to cancel the reservation and terminate the contract:

  • Within 7 days before the start date of the stay (100% of the refund);
  • From the 7th day before the start date of the stay: NO REFUND.
  • There is also no refund for the guest who leaves Cas'Ale early, whatever the cause; any emergencies or force majeure will be evaluated.

By paying for/reserving the Suite, and not sending any note/dispute within the terms provided for in this contract, guests confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the "TERMS OF USE".
